From Reneski to Osborne to Reneski

Hi, I am John Reneski EdD. I am a professor and teach New Media Marketing, Public Relations and Video Marketing courses. When I was born, my father Francis John Osborne died two months before my third birthday. Surprisingly I have memories of my Dad and over the years relatives have told me many stories about him as well. For instance his nieces and nephews used to call him Uncle Dud, a shortened version of Dudley Do Right. The family had provided him the nick name because Uncle Dud would give you the shirt off his back to help! I remember always being happy with him. Whether I was traveling in the car, sitting in the living room watching boxing on Wednesday night fight nights or visiting with one of his friends on the police force, I loved being with my Dad! I was adopted when Mom remarried when I was nine! OsborneDigitalMedia pays homage to Francis "Dudley" Osborne and the standard I strive to live to. I am often reminded of what Andrew Breitbart claimed: Politics is downstream from culture. Culture is a strategic leg of any organization including a country. Destroy our culture, means destroy our country!
